1.1. All intellectual property rights, including copyright in all content and communication, belong to Zoe Charles. By subscribing to this course, you agree to all Terms and Conditions outlined in this document. No part of the course may be copied, reproduced, modified, stored, redistributed, or commercially exploited in any way, including finished outcomes.
2. Course Requirements & Student Responsibilities
2.1. All course documentation is written and delivered in English. Students must have a competent level of English.
2.2. Courses are suitable for a range of fitness levels; however, students are fully responsible for their own physical health, wellbeing, and safety. Only movements that feel safe and appropriate should be attempted.
2.3. Zoe Charles accepts no liability for injuries incurred while taking part in online burlesque or movement courses. Participation is entirely at your own risk.
2.4. Students must be 18 years old at the time of booking.
2.5. Students are responsible for determining whether the course is suitable for them.
2.6. No liability is accepted for losses due to insufficient language abilities or physical skills.
2.7. Students must ensure they have suitable internet access, capable devices, and up‑to‑date browsers.
2.8. No liability is accepted for losses due to internet issues or device problems.
2.9. No individual technical troubleshooting will be provided.
2.10. Students must supply their own props, costumes, and equipment.
2.11. General guidance is provided, but no personalised advice.
2.12. No liability is accepted for losses arising from choices of props or costume.
3. Health & Wellbeing Disclaimer
3.1. By participating in any online course, you acknowledge that burlesque and movement-based activities carry inherent physical risks.
3.2. You agree that you are voluntarily participating and assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, damage, or loss.
3.3. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, you should consult a medical professional before beginning the course.
3.4. You must work within your own physical limits and stop immediately if you feel discomfort, pain, dizziness, or strain.
3.5. Zoe Charles is not responsible for any adverse outcomes resulting from participation, improper technique, or unsuitable practice environments (including slippery floors, limited space, unsuitable footwear, etc.).
4. How to Make a Booking
Bookings may only be made via the official website. Students must be 18+ and agree to these Terms & Conditions at payment.

5. Price of Courses
5.1. All prices listed on the website are correct at the time of booking.

6. Changing or Cancelling a Booking
Cooling-off period, monthly payment cancellation rules, and contact requirements as previously outlined.
7. Course Access and Completion
Students receive extended access for as long as The Cheek of It! provides online courses, with 12 months’ notice if the service is discontinued.
8. System Maintenance and Updates
Systems may be updated periodically with minimal disruption.

14.1. All choreography, routines, concepts, and creative content included in The Cheek of It! courses remain the intellectual property of Zoe Charles.
14.2. Students may use the material for personal development, practice, and non-commercial self-expression.
14.3. Students may NOT:
- Perform choreography, routines, or course-derived material in any paid, ticketed, or monetised context.
- Teach any part of the course, its techniques, structure, or content in classes, workshops, online programs, or tutorials.
- Reproduce, adapt, modify, or build derivative commercial works based on course content.
14.4. Requests for commercial licensing or performance permissions may be submitted in writing to [email protected].Â
15. Use of Images
15.1. Images or videos posted by you on social media while learning or performing moves from the course may be used by The Cheek of It! for marketing purposes on the website, newsletters, and social media.
